She is a published author, with 4 best selling books and speaks internationally to investor and Realtor groups. Her specialty is creative seller financing, specifically lease options.

Michael Gott has worked in real estate for over 10 years and is a licensed Realtor. He carried a license in MS and is still active in Michigan. He specialized in builder negotiation and subdivision sales. He helps real estate investors all over the country save tens of thousands of dollars on legal bills with a service called Pre-Paid Legal.
