Self Directed IRA Workshop

with... John Hyre

Attorney / Accountant / Investor John Hyre wants to give you an advantage over the IRS!

June 25 thru June 26, 2016 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Granite City Food & Brewery
699 W Big Beaver Troy, MI 48084

Mitt Romney ballooned his IRA to $100 million.

“In the wake of news reports last week that presidential contender Mitt Romney owns an individual retirement account worth as much as $101 million, questions are growing over how it could have gotten so big when contribution limits are capped at $5,000 or $6,000 a year.1”  Reuters article by Lynn Browning, January 23, 2012

He did it tax-free and legally.

Of course, he had very good tax advice.

Now you can access similar information and legally avoid taxes on your retirement, education and healthcare spending.

Attorney / Accountant / Investor John Hyre wants to give you an advantage over the IRS!

At his

Self Directed IRA Workshop

 of
Reasons why You should Attend this Workshop Event!

Reason #1 Romney did it. Why can’t you?  Done right, it is legal.  You can do it.  He’ll discuss how Romney did it and spend the rest of the workshop on how you can do it.

Reason #2 Congress is now aware of how Roth accounts are being used.  Act now, learn how to balloon your accounts before the Do-Gooders close the door.

Reason #3:  Very few lawyers have dealt with IRA issues in IRS audits or in Tax Court.  John has such experience and will share it OFF the $350/hour clock

Reason #4:  Prohibited Transactions DESTROY IRA’s.  Learn how to legally avoid that result.

Reason #5:  We will look into the Crystal Ball, anticipate the IRS’ best IRA-busting arguments based on real experience in audits & Tax Court, and plan around those arguments ahead of time.

Reason #6:  One type of account pays a much, much, much smaller penalty on Prohibited Transactions than IRA’s.  In our $1 mistake example, the penalty with the right account type would have been as low as 15 cents, instead of $600,000. John will reveal the account type and describe other benefits of that account type.  John will also address whether you qualify for one, and what can be done to qualify tomorrow if you do not qualify today.

Reason #7:  Learn which types of deals will fly and which shall not.

Reason #8:  Learn how to structure deals to reduce IRS risk while rapidly ballooning the value of your account.

Reason #9:  Case Studies, Case Studies, Case Studies– Including Some Brought by You & Your Classmates.

Reason #10:  Lots of Q&A off the clock.  Those who have attended past seminars know John will work in LOTS of Q&A time.

Reason #11:  Your classmates will ask questions that you would not have asked – and you’ll be glad that they did.

Reason #12:  Quality audience for networking.  The price point of this workshop is designed to provide value (much cheaper than learning the same information on the clock at $350/hour).  It is also designed to weed out the freeloaders and attract a certain quality of serious participant.

Reason #13:  Learn the truth about “Checkbook” LLC’s, whether yours might be fatally flawed, whether you really need one, what the IRS thinks about them and whether yours is salvageable.

Reason #14:  John will tell you the three weaknesses of IRA-owned trust in an IRS audit.

Reason #15:  Learn how to pay for education, including K-12, with tax-free dollars

Reason #16:  Learn how to pay for healthcare tax-free, including trips overseas.

Reason #17:  How to get 50+ free & clear rentals into your IRA (or CESA or HSA)

Reason #18:  Hear the latest about recent audits and where the law is headed

Reason #19:  Learn the upsides & downsides of different deal types, including those you ask about ahead of time.

So what is the price of learning all of this information and getting to spend quality time with John Hyre?

ONLY $797 per person

Pricing Notes:
Above price exists if paid 30 days before the event (or anytime for the Orlando event).
Add $100 if paid less than a month before the event.
Spouses or children may come for an additional $299 each

Please Note: John normally charges $350 per hour.  $797 would normally equal about 2 hours and 15 minutes of his time.  This workshop should involve about 14 hours of speaking time, perhaps more.  And John invites you to bring deals/potential deals for analysis.

Bonus: If John creates an LLC for your IRA within one year of the workshop, he will knock $1,000 off of the price.  Why?  Because when he creates an IRA-owned LLC for a client, John normally spends time educating them on Prohibited Transactions, among other issues.  After this workshop, you’ll have that education and then more.  Setting up an IRA LLC for you will be much easier than it would be for the average bear, and John is willing to cut the price to compensate you for getting this education by taking his workshop.
